Welcome to I Want Cake!  I am thrilled you are here!  Even though you see cake, this really is a place all about health coaching and creating the best, healthy version of you!  What is health coaching?  Health coaching is helping individuals find what truly works for them for overall health and wellness, and getting all the layers of life into balance!   And, this goes beyond nutrition, meal plans, and exercise.  We work on the whole recipe to create a balanced, healthy life.

And yes, I want cake!  Who doesn’t want cake?  Okay, I know not everyone wants cake, but I’m sure we all have our favorite treats, whether they are sweet, salty, creamy, crunchy, or anything in between!  Personally, I love all kinds of cake – carrot cake, chocolate cake, cheesecake, crab cakes…….I could go on and on.  My husband loves cake too and on a regular basis, after dinner, he will say, “I want cake.”  To which I reply, “We don’t have any!” That’s the time to find a healthier treat to zap that craving!
